October Calendars:

October calendars are now available at the Garden carts and at the Seedlings sign-in sign-out table.

Operation Christmas Child:

We are excited to announce that the Garden will be participating in operation Christmas Child as their October outreach projects.

The seedlings will be having an outreach Sunday on October 12th and the sprouts and buds will have outreach Sunday on October 19th.

Things needed for Operation Christmas Child:

1) A Standard Sized Shoe Box

2) Boy and Girl gifts for ages 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14

3) $7 donation to help cover shipping and other project costs

Appropriate gifts might include:

school supplies- crayons, small paper pads,

pencils, markers, calculators, etc.

hygiene items- toothpaste, toothbrush, washcloths,

combs & brushes, hair clips, etc.

hard candy (double bagged), gum, t-shirts, socks, toy jewelry, watches, small cars, yo-yo's, jump ropes, stuffed animals, sunglasses and other small non-used, non-breakable, items.

Please don't hold back if you cannot supply a box, a 7 dollar donation, and the gifts, just give what you feel is appropriate for your family. We can combine with what others give to make a complete gift.

Sozo Conference Childcare Reservations :

Reservations can be made for childcare for the

Sozo Conference upon registration for the conference. Childcare will be provided both Friday night, October 24th, and Saturday, October 25th. Please make sure to let us know upon registration if you need childcare so we can ensure the appropriate number of workers to take care of your children.

FaceDown Childcare Reservations :

Reservations can be made for childcare for the

FaceDown service on November 2nd for children birth -1st by emailing childcare@riverstonewf.org

by Thursday, October 30th. 

Please include names and ages of each child you are making reservations for.
